Return and Refund Policy - Beauty is Life Online

At Beauty is Life Online, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your skincare purchases. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we're here to help ensure a smooth process.

1. Damaged or Broken Products (Our Policy):
If your product arrives damaged or broken, we sincerely apologize. Please notify us within 7 working days of receiving your order. We will gladly offer you one of the following options:
- A full refund for the damaged item.
- A store voucher of equivalent value.
- A replacement product of the same worth as your original purchase.

To initiate a return for a damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@beautyislifeinstitute.co.za with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

2. General Returns & Exchanges:
While we focus on ensuring your products arrive in perfect condition, for hygiene and safety reasons related to skincare products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or are not faulty/damaged.

However, if you have received the wrong item, or if you believe there is a manufacturing defect not related to transit damage, please contact us within 7 working days of receiving your order to discuss the issue.

3. Conditions for All Returns:
Time Limit: All return requests must be initiated within 7 working days from the date you received your order.
Original Condition: Products must be returned in their original, unused, and unopened condition with all original packaging intact (unless being returned due to damage on arrival).
Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required for all returns.
Return Shipping:
For products returned due to damage, defect, or incorrect item received, Beauty is Life Online will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.
If a return is accepted for other reasons (at our discretion), the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds (If Applicable):
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (typically 5-10 working days, depending on your bank).
Vouchers will be issued via email.

5. Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used or opened skincare products.
- Gift cards.
- Items damaged through normal wear and tear or customer misuse.
