All orders are processed within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Local Paarl Delivery:
Delivery Fee: R100
Deliveries are typically completed within 1-2 business days after dispatch.
Cape Town Area Delivery:
Delivery Fee: R100
Deliveries are typically completed within 1-2 business days after dispatch.
National Delivery:
Delivery Fee: R150
Deliveries are typically completed within 2-4 business days after dispatch.
Remote/Outlying Areas:
Delivery Fee: R250
Deliveries may take 5-7 business days, or longer depending on your location.
3. Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

4. Order Tracking:
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and instructions on how to track your parcel via our courier partner's website.

5. Delivery Address:
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the order. If no one is available, the courier will attempt to contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time or collection. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery attempts by the courier.
